Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Soiree, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Soiree lets you save recipes privately and, optionally, publish them for others to browse, rate, and comment on. It's currently an early, invite-style soft launch — features may change, and the site may have bugs.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide a working email address to sign up.
Your content
You own the recipes, photos, ratings, and comments you post. By marking a recipe public (or posting a public comment), you give Soiree permission to display it to other users as part of the normal operation of the site. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don't use Soiree to post illegal, abusive, or spam content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Recipe accuracy and food safety
Recipes on this site are submitted by users and are not reviewed or verified for accuracy, nutritional content, or food safety. Use your own judgment — especially around allergens, substitutions, and safe food handling — before preparing anything you find here.
No warranty
Soiree is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, during this soft launch and beyond unless stated otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Soiree isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Termination
You can stop using Soiree at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law

Changes to these terms
As the site grows past this soft launch, these terms will be revised — including a proper legal review before any public launch.
