Corn Salsa

This corn salsa is great on burrito bowls, burritos, tacos, and salads!
Steps
- Cook the corn. If using frozen corn, either microwave or blister in a saute pan. If using corn on the corn, grilling works great.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then refrigerate before serving.
